## Deleting your account or data

Write from the address you sign in with, or name that address and your player name. We delete your account and everything linked to it (owned looks, world copies and your characters on our game server) within 30 days and reply when it is done. To delete an online character that has no account, give its player name and the world it plays in (The Riven Lands or a private world). Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. The [privacy page](https://riventale.world/privacy/) lists what is kept and for how long.

Single-player worlds never reach us: they live in your browser. Delete one in Your Realm, or clear the site data for riventale.world in your browser to remove them all.

## Bugs

Say what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. These help most:

- Your device and browser (for example: Windows laptop, Chrome; iPhone, Safari).
- Where it happened: a world of your own (alone or with invited friends), The Riven Lands or a private world.
- The version number at the bottom of the title screen.
- A screenshot or a short screen recording, if you can.
- For a lost single-player world: whether you cleared your browser data, and whether you had downloaded a copy from Your Realm.

## Legal matters

Questions about your personal data (what we hold, how it is used, correcting it), a parent who thinks their child has given us data, notices about content or rights, and anything about these terms. ## Refunds

Refunds do not go through email. Your latest purchase can be refunded in the game within 7 days, and duplicate or undelivered payments are refunded automatically. The [refund policy](https://riventale.world/refunds/) has the details.
