# Refunds

- **Self-serve:** refund your latest purchase, in full, within 7 days of buying it, once per account, in the game: Looks > Shop > Purchases. No reason needed.
- **What a refund does:** it removes every item that purchase gave you, and the money goes back to the card you paid with.
- **Automatic:** a duplicate purchase, or a payment whose items never arrived, is refunded automatically. You do not need to ask.
- **Everything else:** all other purchases are final, except where the law requires otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.
